Post date: Nov 4, 2015 2:25:01 PM

Dear Local Chairmen, Secretary-Treasurers and GCA Officers,

We are excited to announce that the annual open enrollment for all members of the BLET BNSF AT&SF is upon us. This open enrollment has begun and runs through December 31th, 2015. Coverage will begin on January 1st, 2016. Existing members can enroll for the first time, add a line of coverage that was previously declined, or increase their life insurance by 2 increments ($20,000 for member, $10,000 for spouse). All BLET BNSF AT&SF members who are not currently enrolled and participating in the Lincoln Financial Group Plan(s) will be receiving a packet in the mail with information about the open enrollment within the next few weeks.

Those eligible can enroll now by:

1. Calling the Cornerstone office at (847) 387-3555 and enrolling over the phone (recommended)

2. Visit http://www.railroaddisability.com/blet-bnsf-atsf/ to enroll using the secure online e-enrollment form

3. Downloading an application and mailing their completed application to Cornerstone

If you have any new members who joined or will be joining your division between 7/1/15 and 12/1/15, please submit a new member request on our website or email me their name and contact information so we can insure they receive enrollment information.

If you have questions, please feel free to contact Ed Haley directly at (847) 815-2168 or Andy Haley directly at (847) 815-4173. We look forward to the future and all that Lincoln Financial Group has to offer you and your members.

Thank you!

Chelsea Payauys
